    Well yeah I thought it might be what I’m eating but no one else in my family has it. We eat home cooked meals and my parents didn’t let us have much cereal or processed foods. I’m just wondering why I’m the odd one out. But yes, maybe I’ll just try an all fruit diet. Also, I just started speaking to my stomach to be whole and i am already seeing results.

    Something that helped me with bloating was taking papaya seeds and a tea containing Burdock, dandelion, yellow dock, oregon grape, licorice, ginger, sasparilla, nettle leaf, red clover, cleaves, orange peel,fenugreek, cinnamon, and stevia. Now there are some key ingredients in this that you can probably make use of and leave the rest. I just wanted to list everything for clarity. Another thing to consider is that you may not have the proper gut flora to process your food. Did you take the bacteria replinisher after the colon cleanse?

    Reason is because all of the food companies so much Poison and say it’s good for us even if it’s home
